Your agents run in your walls, so a machine has to sit in your walls. We supply it assembled, installed and maintained, on a lease. You can also supply it yourself: it then has to meet our requirements, and we no longer guarantee identical measurements.
Why us
This is not hardware resale.
We do not sell servers. We supply the one environment on which we can hold to our quality commitments.
The result does not change from one machine to the next
We measure quality on one precise machine. Install on another and those measurements no longer hold. Supplying the hardware is the only honest way to promise you a reproducible result.
You have no IT staff to mobilise
The machine arrives assembled, tested and sealed. It plugs into a power socket and a network socket. Nothing to install, no skills to hire.
A breakdown is our problem
Replacement is included in the rent. You pay nothing upfront, you handle neither warranty nor repair returns, and you do not carry the downtime of an outright purchase.
Nothing to capitalise
No investment to book, no equipment budget to get voted through. One monthly line, like the rest of your services.

Prices recorded on 19 August 2026 and given as an indication: the component market is tight and we only fix an amount at quotation. The noise and power figures are those expected from the configuration; our own measurements will confirm them. First delivery within six weeks. The hardware is not sold separately from an Oleron subscription.

- Microphones and the audio equipment in your rooms remain your responsibility.

- A power socket, a network socket and a lockable location, to be provided on your side.
- Several rooms at once
- Processing several meetings simultaneously calls for a machine outside this grid. We price it during scoping.
